Jonny Wiles is an actor and writer based in London, UK. He received a PhD in Italian from the University of Cambridge in 2025, having written a thesis on Dante’s “Divine Comedy”. He is creative director of the @chronicletheatre , which develops productions and projects based on the works of Shakespeare in the UK and Europe.

Meg Fancher is a writer, researcher, archives processor, and English teacher based in Atlanta. She first read Melville while earning her PhD and says she has not since written a coherent sentence.

Tristan Bavol-Marques is the originator of the idea for PequodPod. Tristan is a veritable monomaniacal Melvillean and has an academic background in linguistics and religious studies. Tristan lives in Durham, North Carolina.
